Possibility of Replacing All Online-KKM with ERA PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM

Within this opportunity, we offer the following:

1. We provide a free replacement of all online-KKM with our ERA PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM for temporary use.
   That is, if the contract is terminated, the client must return the ERA PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM in good condition.
   If any defects or malfunctions are found in the PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM, we will issue a "Defect Report" and send an invoice to the client based on the repair costs.
   In other words, the client will be responsible for paying for the repair if the device is damaged.
2. Additionally, we will transfer the fiscal module (FM) from the client's online-KKM to our ERA PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM.
3. This opportunity is available throughout the entire republic.
   Client Obligations:
   1. At the beginning of the cooperation, the client must pay a subscription fee of 1,000,000 UZS (One million UZS) for 10 months.
   2. A one-time service fee of 262,500 UZS (70% of 1 BRV – the Base Calculation Value) must be paid.
   3. If the contract is terminated, the client must return the ERA PAX A930 RTX Online-KKM in good condition.
   4. Additionally, the client must pay an annual OFD fee for the fiscal module, which is 1 BRV per year.

As of January 10, 2025, this payment amounts to 375,000 UZS.
